  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 4 oz smoked salmon

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp dill (stems removed)
  • 1 Tbsp capers (drained)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and the lemon juice. Process until well combined.
  2. Add the smoked salmon, capers, dill, salt, and pepper. And process. Make sure you don’t let it process for too long, so you keep little chunks of smoked salmon for texture.
