Delicious cheesy garlic rolls made with King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.

- 1 (12-count) package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded or thinly sliced cheese (e.g., sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the sweet rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the rolls.
- Layer the shredded cheese on top of the buttered rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush with any remaining garlic butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to use any cheese variety you prefer.
