Description

A delicious combination of crispy beef bacon and creamy goat cheese served on a fresh baguette, drizzled with maple syrup or honey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack thick-cut Beef Bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 baguette
  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 or 8-ounce log of goat cheese
  • to drizzle Maple syrup, honey, or hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Arrange the beef bacon on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix brown sugar, water, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and brush mixture over the bacon.
  4. Bake until crispy.
  5. Cut the baguette and spread olive oil on the inside.
  6. Fill the baguette with crispy bacon and goat cheese.
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey before serving.
