Ingredients

- 1 pack thick-cut Beef Bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 baguette
- to taste Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 4 or 8-ounce log of goat cheese
- to drizzle Maple syrup, honey, or hot honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet.
- Arrange the beef bacon on the baking sheet.
- Mix brown sugar, water, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and brush mixture over the bacon.
- Bake until crispy.
- Cut the baguette and spread olive oil on the inside.
- Fill the baguette with crispy bacon and goat cheese.
- Drizzle with maple syrup or honey before serving.
