Description

A delicious flatbread topped with creamy Brie cheese, sweet pears, and a hint of cinnamon, perfect for a warm appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 4 oz Brie cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 ripe pears (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place flatbread on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Spread Brie evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Arrange pear slices on top of the Brie and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Drizzle honey over the pears.
