- 1 large flatbread
- 4 oz Brie cheese (room temperature)
- 2 ripe pears (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place flatbread on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Spread Brie evenly over the flatbread.
- Arrange pear slices on top of the Brie and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Drizzle honey over the pears.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzling with more honey.
Notes
- For an extra touch, add some chopped walnuts or arugula after baking.
