Description

Delicious and easy grilled chicken skewers marinated in ranch and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs), cubed
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 wooden skewers (soaked in water)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and toss until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers (4-5 pieces per skewer).
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  5. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top while hot, let rest briefly, then serve with extra ranch dressing if desired.

  • For best results, marinate the chicken longer than 30 minutes.
