A deliciously creamy and cheesy pasta bake combined with fresh kale and garlic, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend kale, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta and kale pesto in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Layer half the pasta mixture in the baking dish, add dollops of cream cheese on top, then layer the remaining pasta mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust seasoning according to your preference.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
