This guacamole recipe is fresh, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 3 large avocados
- 1 large lime (juiced)
Instructions
- Place the minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt directly onto a cutting board. Using a large knife, run the blade of the knife over the garlic to mash the garlic and the salt together, creating a paste-like mixture.
- Transfer the garlic and salt mixture to a medium mixing bowl and add the diced red onion, chopped cilantro, cayenne, and tomatoes.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds, then scoop out the flesh and add to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice on the avocados, then using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Mix all of the ingredients together, taste and season with extra salt, lime juice, and cilantro if needed. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Adjust the lime juice and salt according to your taste preferences.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
