- 1 piece lime (juiced)

Instructions
- Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the pits. Use a spoon to scoop out the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.
- With a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocados to your preferred level of creaminess.
- Squeeze in the juice of one lime to add zest and prevent browning.
- Stir in the finely chopped onion, diced Roma tomatoes, and minced garlic.
- Add salt to taste and optional diced jalapeños if you like some heat.
- Mix in some chopped fresh cilantro, if desired.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
