Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub sweet potatoes clean and pat dry.
- Pierce each sweet potato with a fork several times.
- Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place on a baking sheet or wire rack and bake for 45–60 minutes until fork-tender.
- Let cool slightly, slice open, and fluff with a fork before serving with your favorite toppings.
