Description

A refreshing and healthy tropical smoothie made with frozen fruits and almond milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peeled, cubed, and frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 1 cup peeled, cubed, and frozen mangoes
  • 2 peeled, sliced, and frozen bananas
  • 1 cup chilled almond milk (or any other plant based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or any other sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar or a food processor, and process until very smooth.
  2. If the frozen fruits are very hard, then thaw them on the counter for 10 minutes before processing.
  3. Add more almond milk as necessary if the smoothie is thick for your liking.
  4. Add more sweetener if needed and blend well.
  5. Pour in tall glasses and serve immediately.
