A delicious and creamy smoked salmon pasta dish perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
- 6 oz smoked salmon (sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 0 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
- Melt butter with olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Add smoked salmon and gently warm through.
- Toss pasta with sauce, adding pasta water if needed.
- Finish with lemon juice and fresh dill. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can reduce the amount of cream or use half and half.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or peas for added nutrition.
