- ½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)
- ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon milk (any kind, to adjust consistency)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (for sauce)
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (for sauce)
- Cooked quinoa or brown rice (optional, for serving)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
- Extra lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chives, lemon juice, milk, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
- Once the chicken is done, combine with steamed broccoli and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
- Serve with cooked quinoa or brown rice, and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
