  • ½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat recommended)
  • ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (any kind, to adjust consistency)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (for sauce)
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (for sauce)
  • Cooked quinoa or brown rice (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Extra lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, chives, lemon juice, milk, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  4. Once the chicken is done, combine with steamed broccoli and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
