Instructions
- In a food processor, add the cottage cheese. Blend until completely smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
- Finely chop dill pickles until you have ½ cup.
- Combine the blended cottage cheese with the chopped dill pickles, mixing well.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the flavor by adding pickle brine if needed.
- Transfer the dip to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
