Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
