Delicious Hawaiian sliders made with ham, Swiss cheese, and a buttery mustard glaze.

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese evenly over the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and ham.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the butter mixture evenly over the sliders.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to customize with your choice of meats and cheeses.
