Description

Delicious Hawaiian sliders made with ham, Swiss cheese, and a buttery mustard glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 pound deli ham, sliced
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer ham and Swiss cheese evenly over the rolls.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and ham.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the sliders.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
