Description
Deliciously roasted broccoli in the air fryer, seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 cups broccoli florets (about 10–12 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Pre-heat air fryer on its hottest setting for 5 minutes while prepping broccoli.
- Add broccoli florets to a large bowl and toss with all remaining ingredients.
- Carefully place florets in hot air fryer basket in a single layer, then air fry at 375°F for 7-8 minutes, or until roasted to your liking.
- Serve with more parmesan cheese, if you like.
